This website displays a gene expression atlas of the Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) comprising 21 sample types. The expression values for each gene are in transcripts per million (TPM). Two types of search are available:

• Tissue search, rendering the 100 most expressed genes in a tissue or developmental stage.
• Gene search, allowing the search of a gene by its ID or its functional annotation.

News:

• 29-10-25: The function to search a gene by a function has been updated to look up for words in the Ldec_2.0 and Ldec_3.0 annotations in addition to the BLAST and Interproscan annotations.
• 10-10-25: Gene IDs have been linked to the new genome annotation Ldec_3.0. The ID conversion tools have been corrected to match gene IDs not present in the database and to display both the query and the result.
• 08-10-25: The transcriptome has been corrected and the proteome BLAST results modified accordingly.
