17-01-26: New features! It is now possible to select a set of gene and create a heatmap to vizualize their expression across tissues or developmental stages.
29-10-25: The function to search a gene by a function has been updated to look up for words in the Ldec_2.0 and Ldec_3.0 annotations in addition to the BLAST and Interproscan annotations.
10-10-25: Gene IDs have been linked to the new genome annotation Ldec_3.0. The ID conversion tools have been corrected to match gene IDs not present in the database and to display both the query and the result.
08-10-25: The transcriptome has been corrected and the proteome BLAST results modified accordingly.
